Poster Session Submission Deadline and Criteria
How to submit:
Email the information below to [email protected] and include “IO360° Poster Session Abstract Submission” in the subject line.
Criteria for Abstract Submission
Abstracts must focus on scientific questions, clinical observations, primary scientific data, research findings, or other data-driven insights relevant to immuno-oncology.
Submissions from commercial organizations, vendors, and service providers are welcome when supported by scientific data. Submissions may include research findings, validation data, clinical or translational data, case-study data, or other substantive evidence. Abstracts and posters must remain scientific and educational in nature and may not be used primarily to promote a company, product, platform, or service. Company affiliation may be identified as appropriate, but promotional company logos and marketing claims should not be included.
Submissions may be made by an author or designated representative of the participating organization. When applicable, presentation by the first author, a scientific or clinical researcher, or a non-commercial research partner is highly recommended.
An individual or organization may submit up to two abstracts. If both are accepted, an alternate presenter must be appointed for one of the posters.
No revisions to abstracts will be allowed after the submission deadline.
Late-Breaking Submission Criteria
Late-breaking submissions are allowed if they meet one of the following criteria:
Results from large-scale phase II or III trials not available by the main deadline (Dec 18).
Groundbreaking findings that could significantly impact current practices.
To submit late-breaking data, provide a placeholder abstract by Jan 29, 2027, including:
All authors and their disclosures
Background and methods sections
Main clinical endpoint for your analysis
Type of analysis, planned analysis date, and statistical methods
