Poster Presenter Responsibilities

  • Presentation Commitment: If your abstract is selected, presentation by the first author, a scientific or clinical researcher, or a non-commercial research partner is highly recommended. If the designated presenter is unavailable, another qualified author or representative may present instead.

  • Display Requirements: Presenters are required to print and display their posters during the scheduled session and submit an electronic version. Each poster will be assigned a board number for display.

  • Supplementary Materials: Along with the electronic poster, presenters may upload a 5-minute video explaining the poster and up to 5 supporting slides.

  • Review Process and Fees: Posters are accepted following review. Presenters must pay the required Poster Presenter Fee as detailed in the Submission Criteria.

Poster Specifications and Deadlines

  • Content Requirements: Abstracts and posters must focus on scientific questions, clinical observations, primary scientific data, research findings, or other data-driven insights relevant to immuno-oncology.

  • Scientific and Non-Promotional Content: Posters from commercial organizations, vendors, and service providers are permitted when supported by scientific data. Posters must remain scientific and educational in nature and may not be used primarily to promote a company, product, platform, or service. Company affiliation may be identified as appropriate, but promotional company logos and marketing claims should not be included.

  • Drug Name Usage: Only generic drug names may be used. Proprietary or brand drug names and trademark symbols should not be included.

  • Title and Abstract Number: Include the poster title and assigned abstract number received upon abstract approval.

  • QR Codes: QR codes are allowed to link to digital copies of the poster or additional scientific resources but should not lead to commercial websites, sales materials, or promotional content.

  • Contact Information: Posters must include an appropriate email address for attendee questions or comments. Sales or other promotional contact addresses, such as [email protected], will not be accepted.

  • Electronic File Formats: Accepted electronic poster formats are PDF, PPTX, PPT, JPEG, and PNG. Video recordings should be in MP4 format and no longer than 5 minutes. Slides can be submitted in PDF, PPTX, or PPT format.

  • Disclosure Information: Disclosure information will be included in the online abstract; therefore, coauthor details are not required on the printed or electronic poster.
