Synthetic Induced Mesenchymal Stem Cells as a New Modality to Reprogram the Tumor Microenvironment

Tue, Mar 16 | 04:40 PM - 05:00 PM
Track 1

Session details:

This talk will present a novel allogeneic, off-the-shelf induced mesenchymal stem cell (iMSC) platform designed to selectively deliver potent therapeutic agents into tumors and reprogram the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.

  • Preclinical data demonstrating the tumor-homing and infiltration properties of engineered iMSCs
  • Data evaluating localized delivery of proinflammatory cytokines and other therapeutic agents to reprogram the tumor microenvironment
  • Preclinical findings assessing anti-tumor immune activity and the potential to limit on-target, off-tumor effects through selective intratumoral delivery
